  Understands how feelings and emotions may impact on performance and controls emotions to minimise negative impact. Maintains a sense of humour and stays calm, even in trying moments. 非常明白情緒影響工作這個(gè)道理, 控制情緒以最大限度地減少情緒帶來的不良影響。即便遇到“狗屎運(yùn)”, 諸事不順, 依然能保持幽默感, 保持冷靜。(備注: 想一想, 成功人士, 是否都是這樣的?)

  Uses coping mechanisms to deal with difficult or emotional situations over time. Understands need to be strong and positive in the face of adversity but also recognises areas of one’s own weaknesses and when to seek guidance and support. 遇到困難, 感到自己要發(fā)脾氣的時(shí)候, 啟動(dòng)自己的應(yīng)付機(jī)制。明白自己要不畏艱難, 樂觀積極; 同時(shí), 也明白自己的弱點(diǎn)所在, 必要時(shí), 主動(dòng)尋找別人指點(diǎn)迷津, 尋找支持和幫助。

  * Takes anger or stress out on nearest person.

  把憤怒和壓力發(fā)泄到最近的人身上。

  * Remains isolated through stressful periods. 遇到壓力時(shí), 自我封閉。

  * Volunteers for assignments for which he or she is not best suited. 主動(dòng)請(qǐng)纓做自己不適合的事情。

  * Give importance to own feelings, but not to those of others. 更看重自己本人的感覺, 把別人的感覺排在第二位。

  Willingly co-operates. Is not afraid to seek advice from others. Puts in extra effort when needed to help others. 樂于合作, 不害怕向別人尋求建議, 當(dāng)別人需要幫助的時(shí)候, 付出額外的努力。(備注: 你理解的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神, 是否只是這最起碼的第一階段?)

  Actively includes individuals from diverse backgrounds in team activities. Spends time helping others think through issues. 積極帶動(dòng)不同背景的人參與集體活動(dòng)?;〞r(shí)間幫著別人考慮問題。

  Proactively shares information and learning with colleagues. Addresses conflicts or issues within the team in a positive and open manner. Provides clear feedback to team members. 主動(dòng)分享信息, 和同事一起學(xué)習(xí), 以正面開放的態(tài)度處理沖突和問題。給同事提供非常清晰的反饋。

  * Sees him or herself as better than others and fails to respect their contribution. 自視比別人強(qiáng), 不尊重別人的貢獻(xiàn)。

  * Keeps important information to him-or herself or within the immediate department. 把重要信息留給自己, 或自己的部門。
