由教育部中外語言交流合作中心研制的《中國文化國情教學參考框架》對中國文化和當代國情的教學內(nèi)容和目標進行梳理和描述,旨在為海內(nèi)外大中小學、孔子學院(課堂)和其他中文教學機構在文化課程設置、課堂教學、教材編寫、學習者文化能力測評等方面提供參考和依據(jù)。它是國際中文教育領域第一部文化教學的參考框架,力求全面、系統(tǒng)、客觀地介紹中國文化和當代國情,為促進文明交流互鑒、豐富世界文化多樣性、構建人類命運共同體方面做出貢獻。 The Center for Language Education and Cooperation (hereinafter referred to as the CLEC) of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China has researched and written the Framework of Reference for Chinese Culture and Society in International Chinese Language Education(hereinafter referred to as the Framework of Reference), which defines and specifies the contents and goals of teaching Chinese culture and contemporary national conditions to provide a framework of reference for cultural courses, classroom teaching, textbook compilation and assessing students’ cultural competence in primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities, Confucius Institutes (classrooms) and other Chinese-teaching institutions at home and abroad. As the first framework of reference of its kind used in international Chinese language education, the Framework of Reference intends to provide a comprehensive, systematic, and objective introduction to Chinese culture and contemporary society and make contributions to promoting exchanges and mutual learning between civilizations, enriching the world’s cultural diversity, and building a community of shared future for humanity.
