　　隨著“一帶一路”倡議不斷推進(jìn)和走向世界，擁有豐富資源和巨大市場(chǎng)潛力以及強(qiáng)勁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)需求的非洲國(guó)家正以飽滿熱情積極參與到“一帶一路”建設(shè)之中，并日漸成為“一帶一路”倡議全球推進(jìn)的重要參與主體。中國(guó)企業(yè)也成為非洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)及工業(yè)化發(fā)展的重要參與者和建設(shè)者。據(jù)中國(guó)商務(wù)部統(tǒng)計(jì)，目前至少有百萬以上中國(guó)人在非洲從事投資貿(mào)易、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)等經(jīng)貿(mào)活動(dòng)，有3500多家中資企業(yè)在非洲投資興業(yè)。非洲的安全已經(jīng)與“一帶一路”建設(shè)、與中國(guó)投資及中國(guó)人的安全息息相關(guān)、密不可分。本報(bào)告關(guān)注了中非一帶一路合作的熱點(diǎn)問題，總結(jié)了雙方合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并對(duì)中非一帶一路合作以及中非合作論壇的前景進(jìn)行了展望。
