李文，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士，中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院當(dāng)代中國(guó)研究所社會(huì)史研究室主任、研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事當(dāng)代中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)史和社會(huì)史等研究。著有《實(shí)用不動(dòng)產(chǎn)管理要?jiǎng)t》《中國(guó)土地制度的昨天、今天和明天》等。Li Wen， with a PhD in economics， is the director， research fellow， and doctoral supervisor at the Social History Research Office of the Institute of Contemporary China， Chinese Academy of Social Sciences， and is mainly engaged in the research of contemporary China’s economic and social history. The publications include Practical Principles for Real Estate Management and Past， Present and Future of China’s Land System.
