  山東省深入貫徹落實習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想,高站位、高起點謀劃實施“新舊動能轉換”、鄉(xiāng)村振興的“齊魯樣板”等一系列符合山東特色的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并將文化和旅游業(yè)納入新舊動能轉換十強產業(yè),將鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為鄉(xiāng)村振興的抓手,以特色縣域旅游創(chuàng)新發(fā)展為基點,以創(chuàng)建“全域旅游示范省”為目標,全面推進全域旅游高質量發(fā)展融入社會經濟發(fā)展全局。 山東省全域旅游發(fā)展已經取得驕人成績——2019年,嶗山、曲阜、青州3區(qū)市經過評定,被認定為首批國家全域旅游示范區(qū);2020年,蓬萊、榮成、沂南、章丘、齊河5家單位經過評定,被認定為第二批國家全域旅游示范區(qū),連續(xù)兩年獲得“大滿貫”。目前,山東省已有8個市區(qū)縣被認定為國家全域旅游示范區(qū),另外有37個單位被認定為山東省全域旅游示范區(qū),創(chuàng)建“全域旅游示范省”,推動新舊動能轉化和產業(yè)結構調整,奠定了堅實的基礎,并發(fā)揮出了積極的輻射、帶動、示范和引領作用。 同時,為鞏固來之不易的創(chuàng)建成果,發(fā)揮整合示范性,高效協同性,持續(xù)輻射性性的作用,梳理山東省全域旅游典型案例中,創(chuàng)新亮點,創(chuàng)造經驗,創(chuàng)建模式,在全省樹立起一批在全國有影響力的全域旅游標桿項目有重要的意義。
