  中國(guó)旅游研究院發(fā)布了《中國(guó)旅游住宿業(yè)發(fā)展報(bào)告2021》。報(bào)告指出,當(dāng)前旅游住宿業(yè)發(fā)展面臨變局,一是發(fā)展環(huán)境變局,二是住宿業(yè)市場(chǎng)格局變化。三是住宿產(chǎn)業(yè)格局變化。住宿企業(yè)化危機(jī)為機(jī)遇,積極應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)。新冠疫情和中美貿(mào)易摩擦對(duì)住宿業(yè)發(fā)展帶來(lái)危機(jī),并由此衍生的一系列挑戰(zhàn)。面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn),住宿企業(yè)都將防疫防控放在首位,確保游客健康和安全。企業(yè)想盡一切辦法開(kāi)源節(jié)流,確保現(xiàn)金流,度過(guò)艱難期,面對(duì)當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)局面,住宿企業(yè)以創(chuàng)新求變革。下一階段,住宿業(yè)要在國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)指引下實(shí)現(xiàn)新的布局。住宿業(yè)發(fā)展中既會(huì)受到政策約束,也會(huì)得到相關(guān)政策的支持。當(dāng)前,抗疫曙光初現(xiàn),行業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)入“旱則造車(chē),水則資車(chē)”、為未來(lái)疫后做準(zhǔn)備的階段,行業(yè)發(fā)展的士氣不應(yīng)是“一而鼓再而衰三而竭”,反而應(yīng)是凝聚士氣,鼓舞信心,迎接黎明的到來(lái)。
