Scott Calvin，With a major in astronomy and physics and a minor in classics from the University of California Berkeley， followed by a PhD in chemical physics from the City University of New York， Dr Calvin has taught， conducted research， and advised students in a wide variety of institutions， including the Naval Research Laboratory， Brookhaven National Laboratory， the Hayden Planetarium， the Stanford Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory， Sarah Lawrence College， Examkrackers， and Lehman College.
