  本書詳細(xì)論述了學(xué)術(shù)界較為成熟的企業(yè)成長理論,根據(jù)企業(yè)生命周期理論將企業(yè)成長劃分為創(chuàng)業(yè)階段、快速發(fā)展階段、相對穩(wěn)定階段和二次創(chuàng)業(yè)階段四個階段,重點(diǎn)分析企業(yè)家、戰(zhàn)略管理、人力資源管理、市場營銷管理、企業(yè)文化、創(chuàng)新管理、運(yùn)營管理、風(fēng)險管理、社會資本等九大關(guān)鍵因素在不同階段對企業(yè)成長的影響。本書以企業(yè)成長為因變量,以九大關(guān)鍵因素為自變量,并以企業(yè)生命周期的四個階段為調(diào)節(jié)變量構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,對企業(yè)成長提出合理化建議。

作者簡介

  王勇,博士,畢業(yè)于清華經(jīng)管學(xué)院。主要研究領(lǐng)域:企業(yè)成長管理、企業(yè)并購重組。 曾任中國水利水電科學(xué)院水電模型廠廠長、國研網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)科技有限公司副總經(jīng)理。后加入清華經(jīng)管學(xué)院,歷任中國金融研究中心執(zhí)行總監(jiān)、EMBA教育中心主任、高管教育中心主任?,F(xiàn)任院長助理,兼企業(yè)家學(xué)者項目辦公室主任、合作發(fā)展辦公室主任。曾任科陸電子科技、海洋王照明、瑞慈醫(yī)療、光大證券股份有限公司獨(dú)立董事。
