作者簡介

　　楊國梁，博士，中國科學(xué)院科技戰(zhàn)略咨詢研究院研究員。長期從事科技規(guī)劃與管理、智庫理論與方法和決策理論與方法研究。承擔(dān)多項中科院發(fā)展規(guī)劃局委托的各類與科技規(guī)劃、科技管理相關(guān)的應(yīng)用研究任務(wù)，主持過30多項來自英國皇家工程院、國務(wù)院政策研究室、教育部、科技部、農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部、國家自然科學(xué)基金委、國家電網(wǎng)等機構(gòu)的委托任務(wù)與競爭性項目課題。
