當代中國外交

　　“當代中國”叢書包括8個分冊，以鮮明的中國價值理念為理論基礎，涵蓋中共十八大報告中“五位一體”總體戰(zhàn)略布局中的經(jīng)濟建設、政治建設、文化建設、社會建設、生態(tài)文明建設等五個方面，全面介紹當代中國主要方面的基本情況和中國特色社會主義發(fā)展道路。 The Contemporary China Series includes eight books， based on distinct Chinese values， reveals how China promotes coordinated economic， political， cultural， social and ecological advancement. The series comprehensively introduces the basic situation of contemporary China and the development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics. 中國外交既具有外交實踐普遍的和國際的特點，更具有中國的民族和文化特色?！懂敶袊饨弧方榻B了當代中國外交的宗旨和原則、中國外交的布局、中國的多邊外交、中國外交的創(chuàng)新和中國外交的拓展等內(nèi)容，體現(xiàn)了新時代中國特色大國外交的新理念和新格局。 China’s diplomacy not only has global and international features but has Chinese national and cultural traits. Contemporary China’s Diplomacy mainly introduces the goals and principles， patterns， innovation， and extension of contemporary China’s diplomacy as well as its multilateral diplomacy. Its diplomatic innovation and extension demonstrate the new visions and situation of major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics for the new era.

　　張清敏，法學博士，北京大學國際關(guān)系學院外交學系教授兼系主任、博士生導師，長期教授和研究對外政策理論與中國對外政策、外交學理論與中國外交。在上述領(lǐng)域發(fā)表眾多論著，代表作包括《美國對臺軍售政策研究：決策的視角》《對外政策分析》《改革開放40年中國外交》以及譯著《總統(tǒng)人格：伍德羅？威爾遜的精神分析》《小集團思維：決策及其失敗的心理學研究》等。曾在亞、歐、美、大洋洲等十余所大學教授與中國外交有關(guān)的課程。 Zhang Qingmin （Ph.D.） is professor and Chair of the Department of Diplomacy， School of International Studies， Peking University. His teaching and research interests include theory of foreign policy analysis and Chinese foreign policy， diplomatic theory and China’s diplomacy. He has published widely in these areas， including U.S. Arms Sales Policy toward Taiwan： A Decision-Making Perspective， Foreign Policy Analysis， and China’s Diplomacy in 40 Years since Reform and Opening-up， and translation from English to Chinese Woodrow Wilson and Colonel House： A Personality Studies， Groupthink： Psychological Studies of Policy Decisions and Fiascoes. With wide international teaching experiences， he has been invited to teach China’s diplomacy related courses at more than a dozen universities in Asia， Europe， America， and Oceania.
