作者簡介

　　劉永林，男，江西贛州人。1996年參加工作，曾供職于黨政機關、律師事務所。2001年獲北京大學法學學士；2006年畢業(yè)于中國政法大學，獲法學碩士學位；2015年畢業(yè)于中國政法大學，獲法學博士學位。2016年進入北京師范大學中國教育政策研究院從事教育學博士后研究工作，同時在北京信息科技大學公共管理與傳媒學院從事教學工作，主講政治學原理、西方政治制度、行政管理專業(yè)英語、社會學、經(jīng)濟法等課程。主要研究領域為行政法學、教育法學。在《政治與法律》等雜志公開發(fā)表學術論文20余篇。
