  本書可以拓展人們以往對果實(shí)品質(zhì)的觀念,了解到果實(shí)不僅具有軟化質(zhì)地,而且也會發(fā)生木質(zhì)素,并且了解木質(zhì)化發(fā)生的機(jī)制。本選題針對我國梨、桃、枇杷等果實(shí)出現(xiàn)的采后木質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象,嚴(yán)重影響了果實(shí)的外觀品質(zhì)、食用品質(zhì)和貯藏品質(zhì)等問題提出的。擬深入分析影響果實(shí)木質(zhì)化發(fā)生的功能基因及轉(zhuǎn)錄因子等協(xié)同調(diào)控的分子機(jī)制,完善了果實(shí)質(zhì)地變化的理論依據(jù),為生產(chǎn)上解決果實(shí)采后貯藏提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。

作者簡介

  楊紹蘭,1998年-2002年就讀于西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué),獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位,2002年-2007年就讀于浙江大學(xué),獲得博士學(xué)位。2007年至今在青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝學(xué)院工作至今。目前主要從事果實(shí)品質(zhì)特性及調(diào)控機(jī)理研究。主持參與多項(xiàng)國家和省部級項(xiàng)目。 已在《Postharvest and BiologyTechnology》、《Journal of Plant Growth and Regulation》、《Journal ofAgricultural and food chemistry》、《Plant Growth and Regulation》《Genes》和《園藝學(xué)報(bào)》等國內(nèi)外期刊發(fā)表論文60余篇。
