  《中國(guó)西南非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)大學(xué)生及教師英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)信念研究(英文版)》致力于探索:中國(guó)西南非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)大學(xué)生及其教師的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)信念;學(xué)習(xí)者信念與其性別、專業(yè)以及語(yǔ)言水平的變異模式;教師信念與其性別、學(xué)位以及教學(xué)資歷的變異模式;非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)大學(xué)生與其教師信念的相似性和差異性存在。研究數(shù)據(jù)的獲得采用兩套問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談的研究方式。描述性和開方檢驗(yàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法用于分析從學(xué)生和教師問(wèn)卷中收集到的定量數(shù)據(jù)。定性分析方法用于分析從學(xué)生和教師半結(jié)構(gòu)訪談中采集到的數(shù)據(jù)。研究結(jié)果表明:中國(guó)西南非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)大學(xué)生堅(jiān)信“優(yōu)美的語(yǔ)音對(duì)于學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)非常重要”;他們一般都是“受外在功利驅(qū)使而學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)”,還認(rèn)為“課外學(xué)習(xí)與課堂學(xué)習(xí)一樣重要”。同時(shí),中國(guó)西南大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師堅(jiān)信“學(xué)生如果不知道單詞詞義就該學(xué)會(huì)猜測(cè)”;“學(xué)生們應(yīng)該了解英語(yǔ)文化以便說(shuō)好英語(yǔ)”;教師們還堅(jiān)信“他們的學(xué)生在公共場(chǎng)合說(shuō)英語(yǔ)總是感到害羞”。研究結(jié)果表明:學(xué)習(xí)者信念與學(xué)生的性別、專業(yè)和語(yǔ)言水平存在顯著差異;教師信念與其性別和資歷存在顯著差異,但就學(xué)歷而言,只有一定差異;此外,學(xué)生與其教師信念存在一定的相似性和差異性。
