　　為了適應(yīng)我國(guó)對(duì)外開放和國(guó)內(nèi)外各界人士全面、準(zhǔn)確地了解我國(guó)涉外法律、行政法規(guī)的需要，中華人民共和國(guó)司法部（原中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院法制辦公室）編輯了本匯編。　本匯編匯集了2013年經(jīng)全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)或者全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)制定的法律和有關(guān)法律問(wèn)題的決定以及國(guó)務(wù)院制定的行政法規(guī)（以下稱“法規(guī)”）共26件，分為：憲法相關(guān)法、民法商法、行政法、經(jīng)濟(jì)法、社會(huì)法等5類，每一類下分為若干項(xiàng)，并按照分類、先法律后行政法規(guī)以及法律、法規(guī)發(fā)布的時(shí)間先后排列。

作者簡(jiǎn)介

　　2018年3月17日第十三屆全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)第一次會(huì)議通過(guò)《關(guān)于國(guó)務(wù)院機(jī)構(gòu)改革方案的決定》，將司法部和國(guó)務(wù)院法制辦公室的職責(zé)整合，重新組建司法部，作為國(guó)務(wù)院組成部門。其主要職責(zé)是，負(fù)責(zé)有關(guān)法律和行政法規(guī)草案起草，負(fù)責(zé)立法協(xié)調(diào)和備案審查、解釋，綜合協(xié)調(diào)行政執(zhí)法，指導(dǎo)行政復(fù)議應(yīng)訴，負(fù)責(zé)普法宣傳，負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)獄、戒毒、社區(qū)矯正管理，負(fù)責(zé)律師公證和司法鑒定仲裁管理，承擔(dān)國(guó)家司法協(xié)助等。
