高建奕,行政學(xué)博士,平頂山學(xué)院政法學(xué)院講師,行政管理專業(yè)帶頭人。本科、碩士畢業(yè)于云南大學(xué)行政管理專業(yè),博士畢業(yè)于韓國(guó)釜山大學(xué)行政學(xué)專業(yè),曾在韓國(guó)水原大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)院任助教授三年。主要研究方向?yàn)楣舱吲c公共選擇、地方治理等,代表論文為《西方政府失靈理論綜述》、《Rent-utilization in aPlan-based Economy: the Case of China’s Auto Industry》等。
