走向光明：紀(jì)念西藏民主改革60周年

　　本書(shū)是為紀(jì)念西藏民主改革60周年，在同名五集電視紀(jì)錄片的基礎(chǔ)上編寫(xiě)而成。全書(shū)除了前言與尾聲外，包括“黑暗落后的舊西藏”“歷史和人民的選擇”“人民當(dāng)家作主”“舊貌變新顏”“走進(jìn)新時(shí)代”五個(gè)部分。本書(shū)全方位、立體式呈現(xiàn)了西藏民主改革60年來(lái)的光輝歷程，以關(guān)鍵人物、事件還原關(guān)鍵史實(shí)，以代表性人物個(gè)體命運(yùn)的變遷，深刻揭露了舊西藏政教合一封建農(nóng)奴制的黑暗，真實(shí)再現(xiàn)了1959年西藏反動(dòng)上層發(fā)動(dòng)武裝叛亂的歷史真相，生動(dòng)反映出60年來(lái)西藏發(fā)生的翻天覆地的變化，特別是黨的十八大以來(lái)以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央對(duì)西藏的關(guān)心和西藏經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展取得的顯著成就。 Some in the West take pre-1959 Tibet as some sort of Shangri-la， a beautiful utopia. There are various kinds of “beautiful legends” like that which have tended to intoxicate those who don’t understand the reality. However， any wishful thinking to take old Tibet as a “l(fā)iving fossil” frozen in a medieval state cannot stop the tide of the times and the turn of the wheel of history.
