　　農(nóng)業(yè)部市場預(yù)警專家委員會(huì)是2011年11月28日成立的，針對(duì)近年來農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場波動(dòng)比較大的現(xiàn)狀，為更好地應(yīng)對(duì)和預(yù)警，農(nóng)業(yè)部研究決定成立的。委員會(huì)的任務(wù)是密切關(guān)注國內(nèi)外農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場運(yùn)行情況，及時(shí)提出政策建議，還要從穩(wěn)定農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場和促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收出發(fā)，適時(shí)、主動(dòng)回應(yīng)和引導(dǎo)社會(huì)輿論。農(nóng)業(yè)部市場預(yù)警專家委員會(huì)，首批確定了10名委員，聘期為5年。要求專家必須熟悉和掌握我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行情況、國家宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策、農(nóng)業(yè)政策及理論等，能夠獨(dú)立承擔(dān)和完成專題研究任務(wù)。
