　　公正是指按照一定的社會標準、正當?shù)闹刃蚝侠淼卮颂幨拢侵贫取Ⅲw系和組織的重要道德品質。公正包含公民參與經濟、政治和社會其他生活的機會公平、過程公平和結果分配公平。該書梳理了公正的含義，公正之于中國特色社會主義的意義，并進一步認為，在社會主義核心價值觀中，公正與自由、平等以及和諧有著極大的相關度。自由、平等是公正的前提，公正則是和諧的保障。在全面建設小康社會的道路上，在實現(xiàn)人的全面、自由發(fā)展的過程中，公正扮演的角色將越來越重要。

作者簡介

　　韓震，山東省陽谷縣人，哲學博士，教授，博士生導師，北京外國語大學黨委書記。曾任北京師范大學副校長、北京外國語大學校長。主要社會兼職有：馬克思主義理論研究和建設工程咨詢委員會委員，教育部高等學校教學指導委員會哲學類專業(yè)教學指導委員會主任委員，北京市哲學學會副會長等。曾入選北京市“跨世紀青年理論工作者百人工程”培養(yǎng)計劃、教育部“跨世紀人才”培養(yǎng)計劃、人事部等部委首批“新世紀百千萬國家級人才”、中宣部“四個一批”人才培養(yǎng)人選、中組部“哲學社會科學領軍人才”。主要研究方向為近現(xiàn)代歐美哲學、西方歷史哲學、價值哲學。先后主持多項國家和省部級重大攻關項目，多次獲得國家級和省部級人文社會科學優(yōu)秀成果獎。
