作者簡介

　　宋雷，1948年生，西南政法大學(xué)外語學(xué)院教授，碩士生導(dǎo)師，國務(wù)院政府津貼獲得者，曾歷任西南政法大學(xué)外事處處長和外語學(xué)院院長，學(xué)術(shù)研究方向是英漢對(duì)比法律語言學(xué)，英漢法律翻譯理論和實(shí)踐。曾主持完成司法部、國家教委、外專局、重慶市教委等省、部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目。在《中國翻譯》等刊物上發(fā)表過論文和譯文三十余篇；個(gè)人撰寫或主編出版專著、工具書、教材、譯著、論文集等著作二十多部。多次榮獲省部級(jí)或市級(jí)教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)。鄭達(dá)軒，1966年生，西南政法大學(xué)外語學(xué)院副教授，碩士生導(dǎo)師，學(xué)術(shù)研究方向是英漢對(duì)比法律語言學(xué)、英漢法律翻譯理論和實(shí)踐以及國際法律研究。多次參與省部級(jí)和校級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目的研究，還參加了多部英漢法律詞典的編寫，參與了七種教科書的編寫和多部法律著作的翻譯，多次榮獲省、市教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)，并多次指導(dǎo)學(xué)生獲得全國性法律語言類比賽的第一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)。
