畢瑩,浙江大學(xué)光華法學(xué)院講師。2003年獲清華大學(xué)法學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,2006年獲清華大學(xué)國際法學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,2009年獲日本九州大學(xué)國際法學(xué)博士學(xué)位。主要從事國際經(jīng)濟(jì)法的研究,在The Journal of World Investment&Trade.日本《法政研究》等國內(nèi)外公開發(fā)行的學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表論文數(shù)篇;主持國家社科基金課題1項:“中曰韓自貿(mào)區(qū)競爭與反傾銷規(guī)則協(xié)調(diào)研究?!?/div>
