作者簡介

  艾菲德·羅伯茨(Elfed Roberts),香港大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)及工商管理學(xué)院榮譽(yù)副教授,長期從事MBA教學(xué),主講課程有“商務(wù)溝通”和“商業(yè)道德”?,F(xiàn)同時(shí)為復(fù)旦大學(xué)一香港大學(xué)IMBA及多倫多大學(xué)EMBA學(xué)生上課。擁有30余年在多國的授課經(jīng)驗(yàn),對各國文化差異以及由文化差異造成的不同商務(wù)環(huán)境有著獨(dú)特的見解。菲利普·布魯斯(Phillip Bruce),長期從事商務(wù)溝通研究,對跨文化溝通有其獨(dú)到見解。記者出身,后來在政府及其他組織機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)國際媒體關(guān)系工作。曾在航空業(yè)、市場營銷、酒店業(yè)、項(xiàng)目管理、大型活動(dòng)、零售及社區(qū)關(guān)系等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域擔(dān)任商務(wù)溝通工作。黃智穎,任教于復(fù)旦大學(xué)管理學(xué)院,擔(dān)任MBA和EMBA項(xiàng)目的共同教師,曾赴美國與香港進(jìn)修。與美國學(xué)者共同發(fā)表數(shù)篇論文,熟悉中國商務(wù)環(huán)境,精通中英文,對中外商務(wù)溝通的差異有著深刻的理解。
