In the AutumnSemester of 2009, we had Professor Vladimir Djuro DEGAN here as our Expert inResidence.During his stay on campus, Professor DEGAN participated in the teaching of“Advanced Studies in Public International Law”, a course given in English forgraduate students. Both the staff members of our institute and the students benefitedgreatly from his lectures, our conversations with him, and generally, his presence.
