建筑與都市：科瑞希爾（亞太工藝現(xiàn)代主義）

　　In this issue， we feature the works of Kerry Hill， who is firmly rooted in modernism and questions its relevance in this day and age， and also in the context of the land and its culture. The selected projects consist of various typologies and locales ranging from houses to institutions， with a focus on those in the Asia Pacific region amongst his many other works around the world. The major works featured here are Amankora in Bhutan， ITC Sonar Bangla and Aman New Delhi in India， all newly photographed for this issue.Along with these projects， we include three articles. The first is Geoffrey London’s essay， An Evolving Practice， which tracks the trajectory of Kerry Hill’s career and the refinement of his designs. In Erwin J. S. Viray’s interview and the conversation between Kerry Hill and three young Singaporean architects， we explore Kerry Hill’s interest in spatial composition， site and context， and the challenges of architecture and practice in Singapore.本期為科瑞·希爾的作品專輯?？迫稹は柕脑O(shè)計思想源于現(xiàn)代主義，他的作品則試圖探討現(xiàn)代主義在當(dāng)今這個時代及地域與文化文脈中的關(guān)聯(lián)性?？迫稹は柕淖髌繁椴际澜绺鞯兀緦］媱t聚焦于其亞太地區(qū)的作品，這些作品涵蓋不同的風(fēng)格與場所，建筑類型從住宅建筑到公共建筑。其中，本期將重點介紹的是：不丹的阿曼酒店、印度的孟加拉ITC索納酒店以及新德里阿曼酒店， 這些作品的照片都是為本期的出版剛剛拍攝的。除了這些項目，本期還收錄了與之相關(guān)的三篇文章。第一篇是杰弗里·倫敦的論文《進(jìn)化的實踐》，描述了科瑞·希爾的職業(yè)生涯及其設(shè)計實踐的進(jìn)化。在第二篇文章埃爾文J.S.威瑞的采訪中，我們可以充分地認(rèn)識到科瑞·希爾對空間結(jié)構(gòu)、場地與背景等方面的關(guān)注。通過第三篇文章科瑞·希爾與三個年輕的新加坡建筑師之間的對話，我們也能夠感受到建筑界以及新加坡建筑實踐所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。
