作者簡(jiǎn)介

　　翁里籍貫福建福州，下鄉(xiāng)知青，中共黨員。1988年7月畢業(yè)于西南政法大學(xué)刑偵專業(yè)，獲法學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。1991年1月至1993年2月，赴美國(guó)瓦爾帕萊索大學(xué)法學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)。歸國(guó)后，現(xiàn)任浙江大學(xué)光華法學(xué)院碩士研究生導(dǎo)師；兼任浙江警察學(xué)院客座教授、浙江省國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)法研究會(huì)秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)，《中華人民共和國(guó)出入境法》立法論證專家之一。研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)椋簜刹閷W(xué)、司法鑒定學(xué)、國(guó)際移民法。曾主持多項(xiàng)省部級(jí)課題；已出版的著作有《國(guó)際移民法理論與實(shí)踐》、《犯罪偵查學(xué)》、《美國(guó)法律概論》、《國(guó)家安全與反滲透問(wèn)題研究》、《超級(jí)謀殺者的心理畫(huà)像》、《轉(zhuǎn)型期罟民安全指南》等；在《中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)文摘》等國(guó)內(nèi)外刊物上用中英文發(fā)表專業(yè)論文80余篇。其中若干論著榮獲省部級(jí)優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)。
