  隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的加速發(fā)展,國際商務(wù)交流與合作已經(jīng)全方位展開。國際貿(mào)易和國際生產(chǎn)活動不僅跨越國界,往往也跨越文化,使跨國生產(chǎn)與貿(mào)易成為一種跨文化的溝通。文化的差異也就難免給國際商務(wù)合作造成摩擦和障礙。這種摩擦和障礙也是多方面的。經(jīng)濟全球化越是深入發(fā)展,文化上的摩擦與障礙這一問題就越突出。消除這些摩擦和障礙,提高跨文化溝通的有效性也就越來越重要,甚至成了決定國際商務(wù)活動成功與否的關(guān)鍵因素。比如,隨著越來越多的跨國企業(yè)、合資企業(yè)的建立,人力資源的來源日益呈現(xiàn)出國際化的趨勢。來自不同國家、不同民族的員工具有不同的文化背景,他們的價值觀、行為準(zhǔn)則、思維方式、態(tài)度等具有相當(dāng)大的差異。這種文化差異很可能引起行為上的沖突。企業(yè)的管理人員能否在跨文化管理過程中有效解決文化沖突,減少文化差異造成的消極作用,對跨文化團隊的建設(shè)和企業(yè)國際競爭力的提高意義重大。中國加入WT0后,文化差異也是中國企業(yè)走出國門,外資企業(yè)進入中國市場所面臨的最大挑戰(zhàn)。因此,為消除文化差異造成的障礙,迎接文化多元化的挑戰(zhàn),必須進行有效的跨文化商務(wù)溝通及跨文化商務(wù)管理方面的教育和培訓(xùn)。
