美式口語生存手冊1

　　《美式口語生存手冊》這本書由20個部分或情景組成，每個部分又包括兩個場景或?qū)υ?。本書與其他口語教材不同之處在于它的語言十分地道、很口語化，并且在加拿大和美國得到廣泛使用?！睹朗娇谡Z生存手冊》不僅聽聞于街頭巷尾、朋友之間，而且出現(xiàn)在影視作品里面。除了中國學生的英語課堂上見不到。它幾乎是隨處可見。作為一種非母語，中國學生在學習英語時成天面對的是沒完沒了的語法、晦澀難懂的聽力材料和一大堆的考試，到頭來卻什么也不會。（也就是說，他們不具備在英語環(huán)境里生活、工作以及和他人打咸一片的能力。作為在北京教口語的外教。八年來我們經(jīng)常發(fā)現(xiàn)非母語英語課程的局限性，無論是在公開場合還是在私人交往中。考試成績好并不表明交流能力強。更糟糕的是，經(jīng)過許多年的死記硬背和應付考試，學生對外國文化和邏輯思維知之甚少，而外國文化與邏輯思維恰恰又與語言密不可分，因為它們共同構(gòu)成了語言學習的基礎。
