  根據(jù)《課程要求》和當(dāng)前學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)聽說水平,本教程第一冊(cè)至第四冊(cè)的再修訂工作圍繞以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行:1.宗旨:1)幫助學(xué)生掌握必要的聽力技能;2)進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生在語(yǔ)篇水平上的聽力理解能力;3)幫助學(xué)生掌握多種交際功能,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生口頭表達(dá)的能力;4)逐步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生單句和成段說話的能力。2.話題:保留?匆恢了牟嵩?70%的話題,另外約30%則為新增貼近時(shí)代的話題。3.選文:力求課文語(yǔ)言流暢、地道和規(guī)范;內(nèi)容具有趣味性和時(shí)代氣息。保留部分使用效果較好的篇目,其余70%左右的課文均為新選材料。4.說的訓(xùn)練:組織學(xué)生圍繞課文內(nèi)容進(jìn)行問答,提供表達(dá)各種交際功能的日??谡Z(yǔ)以及樣板對(duì)話,設(shè)置各種情景,多方為學(xué)生提供口語(yǔ)活動(dòng)的機(jī)會(huì),以提高他們的實(shí)質(zhì)性的口語(yǔ)能力(即能言之有物)。5.錄音語(yǔ)速:為保證達(dá)到《課程要求》對(duì)學(xué)生提出的聽力要求,教程的選文以正常語(yǔ)速錄音。
