  在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)四項(xiàng)基本技能中,最復(fù)雜的莫過(guò)于“說(shuō)”。其他三項(xiàng)技能都可以獨(dú)立進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,而“說(shuō)”的訓(xùn)練似乎必然要有語(yǔ)境,有伙伴,當(dāng)然還需要有扎實(shí)的語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ),掌握足夠的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)?!洞蠹艺f(shuō)英語(yǔ)系列叢書(shū)》的目的就在于為學(xué)習(xí)者訓(xùn)練“說(shuō)”的技能創(chuàng)造一些有利的條件。我所見(jiàn)到的《英語(yǔ)流行口語(yǔ)2000》和《英語(yǔ)流行成語(yǔ)2000》做了較好的嘗試并受到了讀者的歡迎?!堵糜斡⒄Z(yǔ)會(huì)話2000》和《禮儀英語(yǔ)會(huì)話2000》與前兩本書(shū)有相似之處,它們都以語(yǔ)言功能為綱,以常用的句型為線索,通過(guò)小對(duì)話創(chuàng)造模擬語(yǔ)境,為練習(xí)對(duì)話提供范例、語(yǔ)言知識(shí)注釋、相關(guān)知識(shí)介紹及漢語(yǔ)翻譯,從而為自學(xué)者提供了幫助。我的研究生常駿躍經(jīng)過(guò)多年教學(xué)工作,結(jié)合研究和學(xué)習(xí)的體會(huì),在廣泛收集材料的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代語(yǔ)言和外語(yǔ)教學(xué)理論的基本原理編寫(xiě)了這兩本書(shū)。我認(rèn)為這種嘗試是成功的,在此向他表示祝賀,我相信讀者也會(huì)喜歡這兩本書(shū)的。 汪榕培
