  羅伯特·N·盧西爾(Robert N.Lussier)獲得薩爾曼州立學(xué)院(Salem State Co11ege)商業(yè)管理專業(yè)理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,美國薩佛克大學(xué)(Suffolk University)商業(yè)和教育專業(yè)雙碩士學(xué)位以及紐罕文大學(xué)(University of New Haven)管理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。盧西爾博士是美國斯普林菲爾德學(xué)院(Springfield College)的管理學(xué)教授,有超過25年的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。他建立的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用人際關(guān)系技巧的方法十分新穎,并被廣泛應(yīng)用于個(gè)人和職業(yè)生活中。
