　　劉炳善，河南鄭州市人，生于1927年?，F(xiàn)為河南大學(xué)外語學(xué)院教授，中國(guó)作家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，中國(guó)莎士比亞研究會(huì)理事，國(guó)際莎士比亞協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員。著譯有《英國(guó)文學(xué)簡(jiǎn)史》、《英國(guó)散文選》、《圣女貞德》、《伊利亞隨筆選》、《中英文學(xué)漫筆》、《英國(guó)文學(xué)常識(shí)入門》、《書和畫像》、《異時(shí)異地集》、《倫敦的叫賣聲》、《亨利五世》、《亨利八世》，所編《英漢雙解莎士比亞大詞典》正在出版中。
