作者簡介

  作者簡介 鐘述孔,1949年畢業(yè)于四 川大學(xué)英國語文學(xué)系(文學(xué) 士。1950年人外交部亞洲司 工作并兼任外交部高級翻譯。 1965年后,任北京外國語學(xué) 院副教授、外交學(xué)院兼職教 授,后任聯(lián)合國“中國譯員培 訓(xùn)部”兼職教授。1980年起, 參與一系列國際會(huì)議。后出 任聯(lián)合國總部技術(shù)合作促進(jìn) 發(fā)展部政策與發(fā)展規(guī)劃司司 長。1990年任外交部國際司 公使銜參贊;曾出席國際經(jīng) 濟(jì)、發(fā)展、環(huán)境領(lǐng)域的一系列 多邊談判會(huì)議;后任外交部 環(huán)境問題特別顧問至今。目 前仍受聘外交學(xué)院的兼職教 授。著作有:《英漢翻譯手冊》 (商務(wù)印書館,1980年)、《實(shí) 用口譯手冊》(中國對外翻譯 出版公司,1981年、1999年增 訂版)、《21世紀(jì)的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī) 遇》(世界知識(shí)出版社,1992 年)、《國際經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系和全球 環(huán)境與發(fā)展》(英文,經(jīng)貿(mào)大 學(xué)出版社,1993年)等 書。
